Jamie founded Lynas Vokes Investments in 1992, having worked in the Financial Services Sector since 1988 and now serves over 200 clients who have trusted him with more than £150 million in assets.  Jamie focuses on providing wealth management solutions to his clients not just in Lincolnshire and the neighbouring counties, but the length and breadth of the UK.    

Jamie spends some of his spare time as an International Triathlon Referee and a Board Member of Triathlon England as well as spending time with his wife Liz or out on the beloved motorbike.

Jamie's dream job would have to have been a hotel inspector!

Debbie has been with Lynas Vokes over 12 years.  She has over 40 years experience in accounting roles in very varied industries which include refrigeration, vehicle hire and leasing, plaster & plasterboard manufacturing, computer maintenance to name but a few.

When not doing accounts, Debbie volunteers for the Freereg website, transcribing old hand written parish registers, some dating back to the 1600s.

Emma joined the Lynas Vokes team in May 2016 and during this time has progressed through various roles within the office. Joining the Adviser School in May 2018, Emma completed the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) and The Level 4 Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA); graduating the course in August 2019 with an award for Top Student. Emma forms part of our team of Financial Planners and was appointed Director in January 2024. She believes that financial planning isn’t just about the numbers; it’s about helping people to understand what is possible and encouraging them to pursue their passions!

Gwen has been with Lynas Vokes for 6yrs. Her career to date has been in a variety of roles, all in Financial Services and brings a lot of experience to the Lynas Vokes Team.

Gwen loves Sci Fi & Action movies and hates being cold (even though she’s Scottish). Her dream job would have been to be a stuntwoman!

Duncan has over 30 years of experience as a Financial Planner and joined Lynas Vokes in April 2006. He is a Chartered Financial Planner and a Fellow of both the Personal Finance Society and the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.  Outside of work, Duncan spends time with his family and on the golf course with his wife Amanda.  His dream job would be to fly as a member of Top Gun with Tom Cruise.

Joe joined Lynas Vokes in January 2023, after an 8 year career as a mortgage and equity release adviser. Joe is a qualified Financial Planner and is currently studying to become a Chartered Financial Planner.  Joe is very laid back and enjoys a laugh and a joke. Outside of work Joe spends time with his family and likes a few pints of Guinness. Inside of work Joe likes a few pints of tea.

Luke has worked in the Financial Services industry for over 7 years and joined our team of Financial Planners in November 2022. He is a qualified Financial Planner also assisting with Mortgages. Luke plans to continue studying towards Chartered Financial Planner status in the not too distant future. Luke’s laid back approach means that he keeps his cool in pressurised situations and this is reflected both at work and in his free time on the Cricket pitch.

Anne has been a member of the Lynas Vokes team for over 10 years. Her previous experience over the years in roles both outside and within the financial sector means she has a wealth of experience. She is a natural problem solver and is always happy to help wherever possible.

Vanessa joined the team in July 2024, bringing 27 years of experience within the financial services industry with her – name a job, and she has done it! Outside of work, she is learning the piano (slowly!) and enjoys spending time with the family. She has a well-developed sense of humour and, as a result, fits in well here.

Julie has been with Lynas Vokes since 2014, joining after a 19-year career in Local Government and a few years in working in finance in the private sector. Julie has a broad experience of customer care under her belt and uses this daily at Lynas Vokes to look after our clients, and the team – an all-round mother hen! Julie loves to spend time with her family and has developed an interest in Cricket in recent years, but also likes a good film and a bar of chocolate! Julie doesn’t like being on a diet! Her dream job would to have been an archaeologist!

Eden joined the team in October 2022 and brings a wealth of experience to the administration team, having worked in administration and customer services for over 8 years. No query is ever too big or too small; Eden is always happy to help our clients in any way she can. In her spare time Eden likes nothing more than spending time with her friends and family and has a son, who keeps her on her toes!

Wiki joined Lynas Vokes in 2023, after finishing her A-levels.   Wiki is working hard learning her role with us and looking to further her career in Financial Services over the years to come.  Wiki is a talented artist and spends some of her spare time painting and sketching. Wiki doesn’t like to be cold! Her dream job would to be a member Cirque du Soleil!

Harriet joined Lynas Vokes in April 2024 after an 8-year career in funeral services. Harriet has a broad range of customer care experience and is putting this to good use daily at Lynas Vokes to look after our clients as she develops her career within financial services.

Harriet is a foodie who loves visiting new and different restaurants on a weekend with her family. Her dream job would have been a yoga instructor!

Jerri joined Lynas Vokes in July 2024 as our receptionist and administrator. She is keen to learn about the financial services industry and will most likely be the voice on the end of the telephone when you call the office. Outside work, Jerri loves to draw and is a good hand with crochet, with her colleagues asking her for lessons! She loves spending time with her family and young son at weekends. Her dream job would be an Interior designer!
