Meet the Team

Jamie Gordon is a wealth manager at Lynas Vokes Investments. He focuses on providing wealth management solutions to clients in Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire.

Together with his partners, he helps affluent clients address their five biggest concerns: preserving their wealth, mitigating taxes, taking care of their heirs, ensuring their assets are not unjustly taken and charitable giving.

Jamie founded Lynas Vokes Investments in 1992 and now serves over 200 clients who have trusted him with more than £150 million in assets. He uses a consultative process to gain a detailed understanding of his clients’ deepest values and goals. He then employs customised recommendations designed to address each client’s unique needs and goals beyond simply investments. Offering quality, holistic financial planning an wealth management advice.

Gwen joined the team in June 2018 and has a wealth of knowledge and experience within the Financial Services industry. Gwen is responsible for the day to day running of our practice.

Duncan has over 25 years’ experience as a Financial Planner and joined Lynas Vokes Investments in April 2006. He is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society (FPFS) which is the highest designation awarded by the Personal Finance Society. The achievement has only been obtained by a very small percentage of advisers operating in the United Kingdom. Duncan is passionate about helping people to identify and achieve their goals by working closely with them to create and embed a long-term plan that enables them to live life on their terms.

Stephen has a wealth of experience in the financial sector, advising clients for more than 24 years and joined Lynas Vokes Investments in November 2008. Stephen specialises in all aspects of property purchase including arranging the mortgage for a very broad range of clients.

Emma joined the Lynas Vokes team in May 2016 and during this time has progressed through various roles within the office. Joining the Adviser School in May 2018, Emma completed the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) and The Level 4 Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA); graduating the course in August 2019 with an award for Top Student. Emma now joins our team of Financial Planners and believes that financial planning isn’t just about the numbers; it’s about helping people to understand what is possible and encouraging them to pursue their passions!

Helen is a valued member of the administration team and one of Lynas Vokes’ longest serving employees, having been a part of the team for over 10 years!

Julie joined Lynas Vokes Investments in September 2014, having previously worked as an Administrator in Local Government and Private Industry. Julie is married and has a son. When not at work, Julie likes to spend time with her family and friends, and enjoys a good book when she has a quiet 5 minutes.

Amanda is a valued member of the administration team; having been a part of the team since 2004 Amanda is one of Lynas Vokes’ longest serving employees!

Anne joined the team in 2013 and is a valued member of the Financial Planning Support Team
